About SHAASHOP
SHAASHOP is a cross-border shopping service that lets customers outside Korea buy products from Korean online stores and Korean brands, and have them delivered internationally in one step. You register the product you want (or choose one from the shops inside the app), pay with your local payment method, and SHAASHOP purchases the item in Korea, consolidates it and ships it to your address. No separate forwarding agent is needed.
What we sell
Products sold on Korean e-commerce sites and by Korean sellers: fashion, beauty and cosmetics, food and snacks, K-pop and character goods, household items and more. Some items cannot be shipped or imported to certain countries; see our customs and refund policy and the in-app FAQ for restricted items.
How it works
- Register a product. Paste the URL of a product from a Korean online store into the app, or pick a product from a SHAASHOP shop.
- Get a quote. We confirm the product, price and options and calculate the international shipping cost.
- Pay. Pay the product price and shipping in your local currency with a credit or debit card or another supported payment method.
- Delivery. We purchase the item in Korea, pack it and ship it to your door. You can track the shipment in the app.
Prices and payment

Delivery
Orders are shipped from Korea by international carriers (for example EMS for food and cosmetics) or through SHAASHOP's own logistics partners. Delivery times vary by destination country and carrier. Tracking information is available in the app under My Page → Orders.
